About Us
TKE75 Safety & Compliance, LLC is a veteran-owned risk-mitigation and implementation partner built on earned certifications and real-world fieldwork.
We don’t just advise from a distance — we show up on-site, boots-in-the-mud, to help owners, GCs, and project teams meet safety, compliance, and operational goals.
Founded by Trey TK Williams, a U.S. Navy veteran, TKE75 delivers mission-driven leadership to projects in construction, manufacturing, food and beverage, logistics, and mission-critical facilities.
Our reputation is built on hard-earned credentials — OSHA Authorized Trainer, NFPA 70E, HAZWOPER 40-Hour, Silica Competent Person, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, HACCP and ISO 22000, Six Sigma Black Belt — applied in the field on projects for Amazon robotics facilities, Tesla training programs, Intel data centers, Nike HQ, Mondelez, Walmart, and more.
What We Provide
- Owner’s Representative Services: TK personally serves as your Owner’s Rep, bringing hands-on field leadership, stakeholder alignment, and risk-based oversight to keep your project compliant, efficient, and on schedule.
- Safety Manager – Risk and Implementation Consultant: Providing hazard assessments, TRIR-focused coaching, and implementation support to prevent charge-backs, delays, and repeat incidents.
- On-Site Orientation and Training:
- OSHA 10 and 30 workforce orientations
- Foreman and leadership development sessions
- Implementation and retooling workshops
- Field-driven JHA and PTP reviews to cut incidents at the root cause
- Dedicated Support Team: including an OSHA 30 Administrator who manages onboarding logistics, schedules, and stakeholder meetings to keep crews engaged and audit-ready.
By embedding directly with project teams, TKE75 ensures consistent training, rapid onboarding of new personnel, and stronger compliance culture — all of which directly support COO readiness and reduce TRIR by tackling hazards early.
Our Edge
- Certifications Backed by Field Work: every credential coincides with real-world application, not just classroom theory.
- Veteran Discipline and Work Ethic: forged in the U.S. Navy and proven in mission-critical, high-risk environments.
- Proven Results Across Industries: helping clients reduce repeat safety issues by 30 percent or more through Six Sigma root-cause analysis and proactive hazard mitigation.
- Trusted Regulatory Relationships: established credibility with Fire Marshals, Building Inspectors, OSHA Compliance Officers, and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) — the agencies who enforce building, environmental, and workplace-safety codes — so your project stays on track.
Our Mission
To deliver practical, field-tested safety and risk-mitigation services that keep people safe while keeping projects compliant, efficient, and on schedule.
